Welcome to my blog… So, What Is This Blog About Anyway?
Jan 01, 2025If you’ve hung out here for more than five minutes, you’ve probably picked up on two things:
- I’m obsessed with growth—emotional, spiritual, physical, all of it.
- I love sharing tools that actually work in real life, not just in theory.
And I can trace a lot of that back to one woman: Louise Hay.
Dubbed “the closest thing to a living saint” by the Australian media, Louise was one of the pioneers of the self-help movement. Her first book, Heal Your Body, was published the same year I was born—long before it was trendy to look inward for the answers to life’s biggest problems.
I still thank God every day for her work… and for all the teachers, thinkers, writers, and coaches who’ve come before and after her.
How It All Started
As a teenager, I was that girl—the one who could spend hours in the self-help section of the bookstore, surrounded by rows of glossy covers promising new perspectives and a better way to live.
Back then, there was no YouTube, no online courses, no podcasts. Just books, articles, and the occasional VHS tape of a workshop (yes, I’m dating myself). And I devoured it all.
Over the years, my “mentors” have included everyone from early philosophers and Christian mystics to multi-million-dollar motivational speakers, therapists, and my own life coaches. Their wisdom has shaped the lens I see the world through and helped me untangle a lot of misguided beliefs I picked up along the way.
Why I’m Here
Like Tony Robbins, Louise Hay, and so many others I’ve learned from, my mission is simple:
💡 Help people create real, lasting change by balancing the mind, body, and spirit.
And along the way, I want to remove the stigma that spiritual connectedness is “woo woo.” We are living in an incredible time where science is finally catching up to what so many great teachers have been saying for decades: your thoughts, your body, and your spirit are deeply connected—and that connection is the key to true wellness.
What You Can Expect
This blog is my way of passing on what I’ve learned (and continue to learn) in a way that’s:
- Practical – You’ll get action steps you can actually do, not just think about.
- Grounded – No fluff, no jargon. Just real talk about what works.
- Holistic – Mind, body, and spirit. Always.
- Encouraging – Because you don’t need more shame or pressure—you need tools, perspective, and support.
Louise Hay said it best:
“For us to become whole and healthy, we must balance the body, mind, and spirit. We need to take good care of our bodies. We need to have a positive mental attitude about ourselves and about life. And we need to have a strong spiritual connection. When these three things are balanced, we rejoice in living.”
That’s exactly what I want for you—more joy in living, not just existing.
If you’re ready to explore that balance, challenge old beliefs, and step into the most aligned, vibrant version of yourself… welcome. You’re in the right place.
