My Story
I didn’t build this work from a place of having it all figured out.
I built it from seasons of feeling overwhelmed, emotionally reactive, and unsure how to make decisions that actually felt aligned — especially when faith, family, responsibilities, and expectations were all pulling at once.
What changed everything wasn’t learning how to do more. It was learning how to slow down, ground myself, and untangle what was actually happening beneath the surface.
Over time, I began to see patterns — in myself and in other women — and I realized clarity isn’t about motivation or discipline. It’s about learning how to pause, listen, and choose from a grounded place.
That realization became the foundation for my work today.
Who I Work With
Most of the women who find their way here are capable, caring, and faithful — and quietly exhausted.
They’re holding a lot. They’re doing “all the right things.” And they still feel tangled, unsure, or emotionally overloaded.
My work is for women who want clarity that feels steady, faith-forward, and sustainable — not another system that asks them to push harder.
What Guides My Work
My approach is shaped by a few core beliefs:

so we can rebuild clarity in the area that needs attention first, instead of trying to fix everything at once.
Coaching vs. Therapy
My work is coaching, not therapy.
That means:
- We focus on clarity, patterns, and forward movement
- I don’t diagnose or treat mental health conditions
- Coaching is present- and future-focused
- Emotional support is offered within clear, ethical boundaries
